I have got admission in VIT, Vellore and got ECE branch. Is it a right choice for a bright future?

It's pretty decent. 26 students from that branch got 10 LPA offer last year. -
Placement-wise, most placements in Mass Recruiters but yes, core companies do visit. Attendance rules- very strict and not worth all the hush
Faculty- okay (my time, I was lucky to have met two great professors- Mr. Muthukumar and Mr. Yuvraj Dora sadly for knowledge seeking Students both have left VIT).
Infrastructure- Nice but one must know how to utilize it. Library- well-equipped. Fees- Very High
Rules - Very Strict
Knowledge- Students own efforts and maybe some help from faculty. Exam pattern - less focus on testing subject knowledge so if you are planning for GATE n all, u will find them as a hindrance to your ECE preparation. Finally...more
