Hello, You can certainly appear for the CA course provided you have scored 55 per cent in your Bachelor's degree. Chartered Accountancy is professional who manages company's Finance and keep the tax obligation of company as less as possible. Graduate from recognised university can even join the course from executive level (IPCC) which is second level of the course.
