Yes, you may get it if you've qualified the cutoff. If you're SC or ST, then you'll easily get it. If you're OBC, you may or maynot get it. -

Yes, you can easily get these branches under the state student category list but you might get the same in the last round of the counselling as in the first 4 rounds that can't be possible.
