With a 272 NEET UG score, you have fewer chances to get admission to a government-ayurvedic college for a B.A. MS course. The required NEET UG score for B.A. MS admission for the OBC category is more than 320 as per previous year's cut-off trends. However, you may get admission to some private ayurvedic colleges:
