Sorry, I don't think you're eligible for VIT. They require a candidate to score at least 70% in +2 in order to be eligible. So, you can't pursue BCA from VIT. But there are many other universities which will get you admission. You can try Christ University Bangalore, which is also considered as one of the best universities for BCA candidates.
If you want to learn programming languages which you will be studying in your BCA course then you can check out this app "BCA - Course Programming" which is specially designed and developed for BCA students and is available on Google Play Store. The minimum eligibility to join any UG courses in VIT is 70% in 12th. So, you are not eligible to take admission in VIT.

    Hi Aditi,
As you have scored only 63% in class 12th, so it will be a little bit difficult for you to get a seat in BCA at VIT. But don't worry, participate in the counselling process and wait till the last round of the counselling. At the same time, to be on the safer side, apply for some other colleges also.
    Best of luck.

Yes, NUCAT syllabus is similar to high school Class 12 curriculum of CBSE, ISC, and various state boards. Topics covered in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry are generally based on topics taught in Indian schools. Students who have studied under CBSE, ISC, or state boards will find familiar topics in NUCAT exam. There will be difference in type of questions asked in NUCAT 2026. It's always recommended to check official syllabus provided by the institution, as some topics have a slightly different focus or emphasis based on course or programme requirements.
