I have scored 79% in 12th, 108 in JEE Mains paper 2 and 216 rank. Can I get admission in IPU for B.Arch?

    Hi Loveleen,I think you can get admission for B.Arch through your NATA score, but I am not sure, because of your class 12th marks, because it depends upon how much percentages you have got in class 12th + decent NATA score. Actually, admission counseling is based on 50% marks of class 12th percentile & 1/4th of NATA score. It also depends on you are from inside or outside of Delhi. My friend had 120 in NATA and about 94% in class 12th, Delhi general category. He was admitted at the 7th number in the final counselling (at 40th spot in the first counselling) in 2016. I hope you understand well what I'm trying to say.

    Hi,
    Yes, with 79% in class 12th, 108 in JEE Mains paper 2 and 216 rank you have a fairly good chance to secure admission in IPU for B.Arch.

The NDIM IPU CET Cutoff 2025 was released for admission to the BCA course for all rounds. The cutoff was released in the form of opening and closing ranks for the General category under both the AI and HS quota. The results were also out for the SC- HS quota.

IPU CET cutoff is calculated on different factors. Cutoff marks are announced category wise and are different for each course offered by university. Cutoff is calculated by considering performance of all candidates who appeared for exam and make sure there is a fair comparison across different shifts or sessions of exam.

IPU CET cutoff is minimum marks that candidates must get to qualify in examination in order to eligibility criteria for admission.
