i have secured 900th rank in ipu cet english hons will i be able to get a descent college?

Candidate must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with a minimum of 55% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. University will not conduct a separate IPU CET for admission to BTech course.
