This is what you can do if you are a PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) student and the registration status at Thapar Institute of Technology displays PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) as the qualification for your exam.

    1. Check Enrollment Form: Make sure you select the right options under "Subjects" or "Stream" during the enrollment process. Sometimes there may be a mistake or an option specifically for the PCM students.

    2. Contact the Admissions Office :-Contact the Thapar Institute admissions team and clarify the issue. They will ask you to correct the error in the registration details.

TIET (Thapar Institute) generally has one of the strongest private-university placement records in North India. For BTech, top branches like CSE, COE, ENC see high placement rates, with many students getting multiple offers. Companies like Microsoft, Adobe, Deloitte, and Zscaler hire regularly, and internships are solid too.

If you're comparing private universities, Thapar's placement ecosystem is definitely above average, mainly because of its industry ties and project-driven culture.
