I'm a student of graduation in English, and have been confused lately about what to do next whether a normal PG course or anything else?

I passed class 10th boards from ISCE Board and class 12th from CBSE with 78 percentage of marks. I cannot find a way that what course would suit me the best where I can even enhance my talent of sketching and painting.
