First, to be part of cabin crew industry, you need to fill basic requirements like Age-18 to 30 years Height- 155 cm for female and 170 cm for male Weight- According to height/BMI No visible tattoo, scar, acne, blemishes, must possess valid passport, Aadhar card, pan card, 12th certificates, good eyesight, good medical condition. At interview, the recruiter sees in a candidate for excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, outgoing personality, positive and good body language, fluency in English and other languages etc. So you need to work on that.
