I m a student of CBSE board ,hv a national certificate in sports.but i dont have maths as my subjects. can i be eligible for studyin economics hons. in clgs lk st.stephen,LSRC,SRCC OR delhi skul of eco.pls reply asap.shud i take drop to repeat 12 with maths.i would b able2 score 90-95 easily in 12.

    Hi Nikita,
    It is not possible to get the admission into B.A Honors Economics in Delhi University without the Mathematics subject in the previous academics that is 10+2. You should have enough knowledge in Mathematics and Statistical tools to take admission in Eco. Hons.
    Eligibility Criteria for BA hons in Economics is:
    70% in English and 75% in Mathematics in 10+2 for General Category Students.
    68% in English and 73% in Mathematics in 10+2 for OBC Category Students.
    However if your 10+2 have any of the following subject then you may have chance to get the admission without mathematics:
    Enterpreneurship
    Engineering Drawing / Mechanical Drawing
