I'm studying in the 1st-year of B.Sc in hotel management. Is it good to go for PG in food safety and quality control after it?

I have an interest in food safety and becoming a food safety officer. Is it worth or MBA, M.Sc are better options? Earning well also important for me, which field should I choose for a better future?
