As per my opinion and my knowledge, for taking admission in M.Sc, the score required is of JEE paper 2. The only requirement of NATA is to have 90 + score, so there are chances. -

You have got a good score in NATA but you lag in JEE paper 2 by 77 marks which is to be considered for admission in various government and private colleges for B.Arch. However, 90+ score is considered in NATA. So I think you might get B.Arch in MSU. -
You can look for LPU which is known for its quality education, immense exposures and unbeatable placements.

If you have given GUJCET or registered for ACPC counselling Gujrat then there are chances that you may get MSU. If you have not registered for ACPC then there are hardly any chances to take admission in MSU as the same conditions arose with me also. -
