No, you could not be able to join AIMS, as you have 34 percentile. They look for more than 65 percentile in CAT atleast. They also accepts XAT, MAT. And, 34 percentile is not enough to join any leading B-schools of India. So, I would like to advice you try to give CAT exam again.
