I scored 56 percentile in CAT. What should I do next? I qualified for IBS exam through their test.

7 years agoYour CAT percentile might not help you to get into MBA college this time. You can try giving MAT or your state based CET for MBA. You mentioned you have cleared IBS test. Now, they will call you for GDPI process in Hyderabad. After that, you will get rank or percentile and based on those percentile you will be allotted campuses. -

56 percentile is a little less to get into a decent college. You currently have 2 options with you. First, you can appear for CET, MAT and ATMA (other two exam scores are not accepted by all the colleges). Second, wait for a year, study hard and prepare well. You can also appear for your M.Com exams (if not done) or else get a work experience as an intern in a company related to your field. IBS has it's own procedure of selecting students wherein you need to go to their main campus in Hyderabad and appear for the GD-PI. Later, they may notify you regarding your selection.
