I scored 58% in class 10th, 48% in class 12th and 51% in my graduation. Am I eligible to appear for the CAT exam?

    Yes You Are eligible for give cat exam if you are general only 50% in graduation is required and if you are st/sc than only 45% in graduation is required but in xat there is no % requirement only pass can apply !

    yes have have eigible. if u would get less than 50% in UG then u can get problem. For mba minimum shoud be 50% in UG

    Hello Suraj,
    There is no as such eligibility criteria to give CAT Exam, however, all B-schools have their respective eligibility criteria for offering admission.
    For FMS, the eligibility criteria is as follows:Candidates applying for admission to the Two Year Full-Time MBA must hold a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline after 12 years of formal schooling with at least 50% marks (SC/ST: Passing marks; OBC/PWD/CW: 45%) or equivalent CGPA. Candidates appearing for the final year examination of Bachelor's Degree may also apply.
  • Dear Suraj,
    According to the eligibility criteria of CAT 2015, The candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (45% in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and
    Persons with Disability (PWD)/Differently Able (DA) category). The marks obtained in Class X and Class XII is not taken into consideration for CAT eligibility.
