If you are a general rank holder, then getting into the above -mentioned streams in any of the known government engineering colleges will be difficult for you, (I think you can try out IT at Jalpaiguri or Kalyani government engineering colleges, you might be fortunate enough in the 3rd round)
Unfortunately, there will be no room for you in JU and IIEST Shibpur with the above-mentioned rank, provided if you are a general category student.
However if you opt to study in non-government engineering colleges, you can get IT in IEM but not CSE, same with Heritage, IT is a guarantee however if you are lucky enough, you can get CSE in perhaps th...more
