I've done 10+2 from commerce. Can I do M.pharm, B.pharma or D.pharma directly or do I have to do 11-12th from science stream?
I have passed B.Com and I'm in M.com final year.

If you want to take admission in the first year then admission will be based on class 12th. You should have 50% in 10+2 with physics, chemistry, and mathematics (PCM) or physics, chemistry, and biology (PCB) and you'll have to qualify NEET. You can consider below-listed colleges for pharmacy.
