5 years agoHi Mayur, I advise you to be careful while taking admission because it is a matter of your future so you should not follow blindly whatever the institution is telling you. Better to compare few more Universities, believe me you will get rid of this dilemma that whether you should take admission in Chandigarh University or you can also put LPU in to the consideration list. -
Hi Mayur,
It is better to pause for some time and take a right decision. Many of time, this happens that we are in a hurry and not seeing the pro and cons of our decision. Therefore, it is a matter of your future, in my advice explores other options. You are not mentioning in which course you are going to take admission. If you are expecting good marks in your recent appearing examination and thinking for taking admission in one of the best private university then, you can go for LPU. LPU is far better than CU in all terms like infrastructure, faculty and placement. -
Hi Mayur, The best way to choose the University is to compare with all the important aspects. You cannot waste your 4 years anywhere and then regret like what I have done. Make a checklist for yourself and compare. I am telling you few pointers to compare and for the fact check you can drop a call to every University and then you can ask the details what you have jotted down. Placements
Infrastructure
Labs
Faculty
Practical and Industry Exposure
Curriculum

2) Faculty- First year faculty is not up to the mark. Though they are very friendly and helpful in nature, but they lacks in experience.
3) Placements- Placements here are one of the main highlight point to be considered. Especially Engineering Department. Amazon is most popular over here, as it is one to offer the highest packages.
So, overall you can take admission here. But remember one thing that is the competition in h...more
