I want to do MPT from LPU? What specializations are available there?

Lovely Professional University offers four types of specializations in Masters of physiotherapy. Programmes Available in 1) MPT (Cardiopulmonary) 2 years. (4 Sem), Cardiopulmonary physiotherapy is to use physical modalities to treat people. This may involve using manual techniques to clear infected mucus from a person's chest, or using noninvasive ventilation to help a person breathe, or prescribing exercises to improve a patient's functional exercise capacity. 2) MPT (Neurology), Neurological physiotherapy is the treatment of patients who have a neurological disorder. Neurological disorders are those affecting the brain, spinal cord and nerves; such as stroke, MS and Parkinson's disease. 3) MPT (Orthopedics), Orthopedic physical therapy is the most common form of physical therapy. Orthopedic Certified Specialists (OCS) focus on treating orthopedic conditions such as ligament sprains, muscle strains, tendon injuries, post surgical conditions and other injuries related to the musculoskeletal system. 4) MPT (Sports), Sports-Physiotherapy is an academic specialisation in prevention and management of sport-related injuries. The course has been designed to equip eligible candidates with adequate skills and advanced learning in: methods and exercises that can help alleviate such physical pain. # Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam) Pass with 60% aggregate marks in BPT or equivalent.
