I will get 20 percentile in MHT-CET, should I get admission in engineering?

It is important to remember that engineering college admission requirements can change depending on the state and certain colleges/universities. Percentile rankings on the MHT-CET or any other admission exam show how well you performed in comparison to other test-takers.
A percentile score of 20 indicates that you outperformed 20% of test-takers who took the MHT-CET. It does not, however, expressly state that you will be qualified for admission to engineering colleges. Cutoff scores, rank, and the particular regulations of the colleges or institutions are frequently included in the eligibility requirements for engineering admission.

The percentile of 20 in the MHT-CET is not enough to achieve you any better colleges or courses because it's too low and not even close to any cut off ranks.
