    No not at all. It depends upon the category of student. The fees is higher for general and lower for SC/ST or PWD.     There are a lot of scholarships and fee waivers that are available based on caste, economic status etc.

    No, it will not be free even if it will BA, a government college. They will charge you their fee yearly, and if you are eligible for scholarship you may get that.

    It totally depends on your category in which you are in. If you belong to a SC/ST category, then you will be charged less in the college. For IIT, if you cleared JEE Advance and get admission in the IIT, then you will be charged nothing to study if and only if you belong to SC/ST category.

    No it is not free, you have to pay the fees but in this college you will get the scholarship according to the need and academics.

    If you are SC category, then you can get fee from Government scholarship. Also, all the colleges have some seats of fee waiver in which fee is very less.

    No, it is never free. But yes, some colleges do offer scholarships. The fees of government colleges are lower compared to those of private institutions.
