For doing MBA from AICTE/UGC approved colleges in India you need at least 50% of marks in bachelor's degree.
After doing M.com also it is not possible for you to get admission because your UG degree marks is the basic eligibility for getting admission for MBA so that it will be considered first(Mandatory) then only your Xth,XIIth or any other PG qualification marks if necessary but not mandatory.
