    Yes, you are eligible to take this course as the minimum eligibility is that you should hold 50% in 10+2 with any discipline.

    Yes, because some colleges except BCA students without maths in their PUC, but the top colleges definitely ask for mathematics.

    Yes, you can take BCA, because you have studied Commerce with CS. Maths isn't needed.
