In which college can I get admission for B.Tech in CSE? I have scored 68.6% in class 12th and 30 marks in JEE mains.

Sanyam, with these JEE marks, you won't be getting a good college through JOSAA. Even otherwise too also you won't get a good college.
Try for admission in some good private universities like Lovely, Amity, Manipal, etc where with their own tests they take admission. Clear the test and go for admission.
All these universities have wonderful infrastructure and world-class facilities to offer to students apart from good placements that they offer. Some even offer scholarships.

Yes you can apply for B.tech in Manav Rachna University. It is no more affiliated to Mdu(MAharishi Dayanand University) Rohtak.
