Provided that AIIMS is one of the prestigious medical institutes of the country and candidates compete for admission to only 670 seats, this makes it evident that cracking the exam needs thorough preparation. Candidates preparing for other medical exams such as NEET UG, INI CET AIIMS B.Sc. Nursing will find the AIIMS paramedical entrance exam comparatively easier. The difficulty level of the exam is easy to moderately difficult.

One must keep in mind that AIMS is one of the most demanded Institutes in terms of admission in India, hence competition in the paramedical entrance exam will be relatively high then any other examination. However, one can perform well in this examination with a good strategy and preparation.

The difficulty level of this examination is easy to moderate, as claimed by the experts.

Given that AIIMS is one of the most esteemed medical schools in the nation and that applicants must fight for a mere 670 seats, it is obvious that taking the exam requires extensive study. Applying to the AIIMS paramedical entrance exam is somewhat easier for candidates who are prepared for other medical exams like NEET, INI CET, and AIIMS B.Sc Nursing. The exam is low to fairly difficult in difficulty.

Hi.

AIIMS Delhi offers paramedical B.Sc. courses, including Medical Radiology & Imaging Technology.
These courses are full-time degree programs of 3–4 years.
There isn't a 2-year B.Sc RIT programme at AIIMS Delhi.
A 2-year programme does exist in some other institutions as diplomas but not as B.Sc degrees at AIIMS Delhi.
You must qualify the AIIMS Paramedical entrance exam for admission.

Candidates have to meet both the eligibility and entrance exam requirements to get admission in MBBS programme. Aspirants need to appear for NEET and get a good rank to secure a seat in the institute. Candidates who pass Class 12 with a minimum of 60% aggregate in PCB stream along with Englisha are eligible to apply for NEET. AIIMS Delhi being the top Medical college of India has a competitive admission process. The cutoff for AIIMS Delhi MBBS programme was 48 in 2025 and 47 in 2024. The cutoffs are highly competitive considering the large number of applicants appearing for the exam and availability of limited seats.

First, candidates must meet BSc eligibility criteria and complete online registration through the official wesbite. Appear for the AIIMS BSc entrance test. Once seats are allotted, pay the first installment of the AIIMS Delhi BSc total fees to confirm the seat. After all the rounds of counselling are held, the institute verifies the documents of all the candidates who have been allocated a seat. Such candidates must carry all the important documents to the campus for verification purposes.
