Is Chandigarh University good for going abroad?

Most of the tall claims that CU makes are sham. It has all the ingredients of being one big ponzy scheme. They lure students with promises which are never kept. My nephew joined B.Tech CSE with credit transfer option. The first two years of my programme in its Gharaun Campus were the worst years of his life, hostel is poor, mess food even worse and don't even talk about studies. None of the Assistant professors is qualified enough for the job and 95% of them are paid paltry 15 to 20k. They can take just a 10+2 pass guy with 40% in B.Tech and same with PG courses. Coming back to the problem, the university which they showed in their glitzy brochure while taking admission was not there in the tie ups when he wanted to apply. They did not help him in any way to get the credit transfer done. So, the tall claims fell flat.
