Definitely Distance Education is allowed for Working Professionals. Basically in Distance Education courses are used to be developed / designed such a way so that professionals could accomplish the courses at ease. In my Opinion Lovely Professional University will be the best option for pursuing courses in Distance Education mode. Reasons mentioned below, (A) There are multiple variety of Programmes offered in Distance Education mode in LPU,

I don't know about other universities but yes at LPU does not offer M.Tech in Civil Engineering. However, there is a long list of other programmes are offered including Management BBA MBA). This will definitely help you in your career growth.

The time taken in doing the complete tasks varies with the fitness of the candidate, commonly taking from 20 to 45 minutes for a session. The candidates are allowed a maximum of two attempts.
