Its good in all three campuses but best in Pilani. -
BITS stands out to be the 5th best engineering college of India including IITs. Comparing a branch of college to other depends on the other options you have and is relatively tough. As even the students of manufacturing get into oracle taking away a package of 22 lacs per annum so you can't really compare a branch specifically.

Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) is quite good at all the campuses of BITS (Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad). The department is having robust labs, latest equipment and machines giving sound pedagogy to the students. The faculties are good and they teach the basic curriculum along with the updated happenings. There are guest lectures organized with a plethora of technical competitions/symposiums which enhances the exposure of the student and overall development. No, you cannot get admission at BITS Pilani with 60% marks. As per the eligibility criteria students must qualify Class 12 with 75% marks from the recognised board. It is mandatory for students to qualify the eligiblity criteria. The institute also accepts admission based on the entrance exams.
