A genetics course (BSc or MSc in genetics) does not entitle you to the title of 'Doctor' unless you have completed a doctoral degree or have medical specialties like a surgeon, gynac and more.

In general, holding a degree in Genetics, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree, does not confer the title of ‘Doctor’. The title of Doctor is typically associated with individuals who have completed a doctoral-level degree, such as a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or a professional doctoral degree in a specific field.
