My friend did B.Tech and M.Tech in mechanical engineering from LPU itself and got placed in a reputed MNC. LPU is a better option, in terms of placements, best curriculum, infrastructure, well-experienced faculty, and provides hands-on experience on the latest technologies. LPU is providing its students the exposure by providing opportunities for guest lectures, workshops, industrial visits, internships, etc. LPU is among the only three Universities ranked top 200 in the world in Times Higher Education...more

Mechanical engineering is the discipline that applies engineering Physics engineering mathematics, and materials Science principles to design, analyze, manufacture, and maintain mechanical systems. It is the branch of engineering that involves the design, production, and operation of machinery. The Mechanical Engineering department had the most ideal study environment since I have two friends from that stream and they both got placed in Hyundai India Motor Ltd. As far as Mechanical engineering is concerned, I can tell you this course carries extra baggage and it is very fruitful if you choose LPU as a medium. I would like to share thei...more

Hey, so for LPU's end-term exam in Physical Education, you need at least 30% marks in the end-term itself, plus an overall 40% combining continuous assessment and end-term. That's the standard across their PE programs, and they've got a cool holistic review if you hit the aggregate but miss the end-term bit—super fair way to keep things student-friendly. Attendance stays key at 75% min, which makes sense for staying active in sports stuff. LPU really nails this balance, helping folks like us push through without harsh cutoffs, way better for building real fitness skills. No wonder it's a top pick—keeps motivation high and stress lo
The Physical Efficiency Test (LPUPET) of LPU for the 2025 admissions into PE/sports programs was conducted in several schedules, with the latest being on August 26, 2025 (Schedule VI). For the year 2026, tentative dates start on April 16, running until August, in 6 phases. Please check the website for updates.
Hey guys, so I checked the official LPU site for the BPEd course fee, and for the first year, it's around INR1 Lacs to INR1.09 lakhs, covering tuition at INR50,000 per semester plus exam fees of about INR4,500-INR5,000 each. That's super reasonable for a top-notch programme with awesome sports facilities and scholarships up to 60% if you score well in LPUNEST—like INR96,000 off per semester for high performers. LPU really makes it accessible without compromising quality, way better value than many places I've seen. Total for two years is INR2-2.18 lakhs, but first-year payment is straightforward via UPI or whatever. If you're into ph
