LPU has a great environment, there are some rules and regulation that needs to be followed. With some of my points, I can assure you that this university will provide you with the best and the safest environment for your growth and development. Dear Harish, It is not true, you must have been misguided. The atmosphere in LPU is safe, amazing and calm for both boys and girls. There are beautiful gardens and spots where you can hangout with your friends, and there are lots of food courts around the campus which serve hygienic and healthy food. The campus is plastic free, ragging free and secured place. So overall LPU gives you amazing vibes to enjoy, the university provides various activities, clubs in different areas where your interest perks upto !! this will help in spending your leisure time following your passion along with studies !! There is no compromise when it comes to the security of the students. There is a round-the-clock vigil through security cameras and there is a huge army of security personnel deployed all over the university. The campus is ragging-free, drug-free, and tobacco-free. The female guards are deployed in the girls' hostels. There are female security guards who look after the security of the girl's hostel. The Girls who want to study in the Central library at night are allotted 2 hrs. of time and are accompanied by guards to the library and back from the library to their respective hostels. Girls are not allowed to roam around the hostel till late at night. No outsiders are allowed. Even the parents have to get a GATE pass to enter the university premises. Strict disciplinary actions are taken against those who indulge in indiscipline. This is the reason why we don't come across any untoward incidents. Strict disciplinary action including rustication is taken against those who are found guilty of indiscipline.

No it's not true in fact LPU is an outstanding place to pursue your studies. I have experienced in LPU as a student and I learned plenty of things during my graduation. LPU provides the beautiful infrastructure and all required resources to students and staff. I will highly recommend that if you really want to make your career with a good level of education then you should go for LPU. When I was seeking college for admission for my graduation, I was quite confused. But after a long comparison with all relevant facts and figures, I joined LPU and now I am an alumni of LPU and the Decision for LPU was the best decision of my life. LPU gave me an extra edge in everything. LPU is Great in teaching, placements, infrastructure or other facilities. LPU has around 2300 faculty members in the university. It has experienced, specialized and well qualified faculty members. LPU has earned many affiliations, recognition, and accreditation and marks itself among the few of the top private universities. Moreover, the placement opportunities in LPU are much better than other private universities as it is ranked 5th amongst the other universities for its placement records.

As per the admissions 2020 in LPU, The Eligibility of B.Tech is that candidate should have 60% in 10+2 with (English, Physics & Mathematics ) will have to appear in LPU NEST whereas those who have scored 90% in +2 or scored 90 percentile in JEE Mains are exempted from LPU NEST.60% in 10+2 with (English, Physics & Mathematics ) will have to appear in LPU NEST whereas those who have scored 90% in +2 or scored 90 percentile in JEE Mains are exempted from LPU NEST. LPU provides specialisation also in Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, Full Stack Web Development, Big Data, etc. With a great curriculum which is benchmarked with foreign universities. Placements are also good. CSE students got placement in Amazon with a package of 28 LPA. As per the last year record of LPU, the average packages in CSE are from 4 to 10 LPA. I have spent five years of my life at the LPU hostel. Life at LPU is always happening. When I first entered LPU I was feeling fascinated by looking at the infrastructure of the Campus and on the other hand, I was also feeling very nervous about my life at Campus Hostel but trust me I shouldn't have been because I had an awesome Hostel Life, Made so many friends, created so many memories, learned from many experiences, etc. All facilitates are provided at the Campus Hostel and you'll have the complete choice to choose the accommodation that suits you and your budget. Zero Ragging/ Zero Discrimination : Nobody is ragged at LPU, This word actually doesn't exists here. There is a complete secularism in the LPU hostel life as you will find seniors and juniors treated similarly at the Campus and even at the Hostel. So, there is no division among the students as per their academic year like other campus hostels. Students from the various ends of the country/ neighboring countries come and join LPU and lives in the same Hostel without any discrimination. Food/ Mess: Honestly I won't lie about the mess at the campus, because I myself took food for the first 6 months at the hostel mess until I explored other good places but there are so many people who actually like a mess. If one of them very good and if not then fab you in my gang so, you don't have to worry at all about the food at LPU because there are like 358+ shops inside the campus providing all varieties of food from continental to south Indian and that too at very mediocre rates. Some days if you don't feel like going out you can even order at Dominoes, go to CCD, Mall, etc. Food is not at all a problem at LPU. Outdoor Games/ Indoor Games/Gym: There are so many places at Campus for outdoor games and as well as indoor games. Some are campus properties and some are vendor properties (game parlors) where you'll have to pay to play. Everything is fun wherever you fit in yourself. Personal Experience: Getting bored is not an option at LPU because you'll be busy with your classes for more than half of the day and other time with habits and passion if your a passionate follower and If not you'll become one before you leave LPU. Here you'll find many like that! After getting free from all this then you'll barely have some time with your hostel mates or roommates but still they will always remain an integral part of your life.

I don't agree with the given statement. Being an alumni of LPU I had lot of friends in CSE stream so I had an idea about the B.Tech CSE. They are placed in eminent institutions by completing their study from LPU as they found themselves quite fortunate! So I will be sharing certain details of LPU with you. An Engineering programme which seamlessly articulates the concepts from basic Science to technology with relevant practice through lab and projects for building the problem solving skills, keeping industry requirements in place. Students will develop competence in areas like programming, Database Management Systems, Networks and Security, Operating Systems, Cloud Computing etc. B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering is related with algorithms, computation, programming languages, programme design, computer hardware, computer software etc. It is a comprehensive course in computer systems and applications. The students who pursue the course of Computer Science Engineering are taught about design, the implementation as well as management of computer software and hardware. Eligibility Details :Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST. For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium.
