Is LPU faculty highly qualified as compared to other colleges?

LPU has about 2300 faculty members, out of which more than 700 are PHDs, 100+ Post doctoral and more than 200 from IITs and IIMS. Apart from these LPU attracts faculty from USA, Slovakia, Germany, France, Serbia, Russia, Romania, Portugal, Poland, Netherlands, Brazil, China, Ukraine, Turkey, Togo, Tanzania, Sri Lanka, Columbia etc. So, not only well, qualified, LPU boasts of a huge diversity of faculty from all across the world. Hello! LPU has highly qualified faculty members, many are from IITs, Iims and NIT's as well. They are not just faculty members but are mentors to students. Learned faculty works hard on students to get them placed in the best of the companies. LPU is a brand in itself. It has been ranked as one of the best universities by various agencies on the basis of its infrastructure, its placements, its pedagogy, its faculty, to mention a few. The university leaves no stone unturned to shape the future of its students. As per my own experience I can proudly say that faculty members at LPU put up their 100% in the development of students. University takes utmost care and no chance in choosing qualified faculty members. Also, University keeps on conducting regular Faculty Development Programs so that they can update the faculty members with the industry and the latest needs. This is very much helpful for students. At LPU we have designed a special system that focuses on the student and his innate learning capacities through varied media. The centerpiece of the system is our faculty who are not only renowned for their individual research work, but are more like life guides and mentors, focused on helping students achieve their full potential. Thus a lot of our teaching is done in a manner that will ensure both retention and the ability to critically analyse and apply the knowledge gleaned. The faculty of LPU, updated with the latest methods of pedagogy (teaching) help turn students into a finished product with high market demand, yet with a social conscience and urge to contribute and give back. Qualified, M.Phil Ph.D. from IITs, IIITs, NITs, and various other reputed institutions LPU has one of the best intellectual capital. 70+ faculty/staff members from foreign countries including the USA, Germany, France, Russia, Romania, Poland, China, etc. Bring diversity into teaching. To enhance the quality of education, faculty members are provided with facilities like academic extension leaves for perusing doctoral/research studies, attending development/training programs outside the university, and in-campus training programs are arranged with academic and industry experts from within and outside the university on a periodical basis. LPU is a well renowned private university in India with 30K+ students all across the world and with 4000 experienced faculty members and staff members. LPU is the leading private university. It has dedicated, experienced, specialised and well qualified faculty members (M.Tech. Qualified, M.Phil Ph.D. from IITs, IIITs, NITs, and various other reputed institutions. Some even have field/ industry experience. The students achieve the most because of the efforts made on them by the faculty members, the knowledge they provide, the experience they share leads to the base for the students to achieve success. Highly experienced faculty with good research work and publication is adding immense value to the academic life. Most of them have years of research and teaching experience. The faculty is not only experienced but is updated with the latest learning by industry experts in the faculty development programs held at regular intervals. The faculty is academically very helpful too. There are continuous efforts by faculty to contribute to upliftment of student's career.

Dear Narain, I won't compare the faculty of LPU with other colleges as I equally respect every teacher in my life. Being alumni of LPU, I would say that all faculty members are well qualified from IITs, NITs, and top-ranked universities all over the world. Faculty members are really helpful for all aspects whether it is academics or any other. My guide during my programme helped me a lot in my research work and I published 2 International Conference Papers in IEEE-Explore. Many students have published research papers and patents in International Journal and Conferences. Being the alumni of LPU. I would like to share that the faculty members at LPU always burn the midnight oil so that their students outshine in their respective fields as well as careers. LPU composed of the best faculty members from IIM, IITs and the other best B schools. Maximum faculty members are PhD's or pursuing the same. One of the most interesting thing is that very recently LPU has propounded an app through which the students could communicate their grievances, discussions or other material could also be uploaded by the professors on it. I believe this is the best platform where the students could at point of time discuss anything to their faculty members. This would also lead to the better understanding between both the levels. Research papers, Book chapters, Patents are playing protagonist in the life of professors so this could also decline the gap between the professors and students. LPU has also collaborated with foreign faculty members, so the students are also getting the opportunities to interact with them.
