Yes, LPU is a good university to pursue B.Sc. In Agriculture. I completed my M.Tech at LPU and one of my cousins completed his B.Sc. Agriculture at LPU. Now he is working in Rally India company. A big YES !I have spent 4 years in lpu for my studies and I have seen that the agriculture department is one of the finest departments. Well-equipped and well grown from the last couple of years. Moreover, LPU is the first private university got ICAR approval. LPU holds a stellar record in placements as big brands like VLCC Healthcare Ltd. , Ankur Seeds, HDFC, Dhanuka Agritech Ltd. , Ebro India Pvt. Ltd. , etc. Have visited for campus recruitment at packages upto 4.5 LPA. In addition to this, students can attain positions as Agriculture Inspectors, Agriculture Officers, POs, Food Quality Inspectors, Agriculture Development Officer, Horticulture Development Officer, Technical Assistants and administrative posts in government and non-government organizations. Over and above, I also came to know that recently, LPU has been ranked in top 80 amongst all private and government institutes by NIRF, MHRD, GOI which shows the quality being delivered at the institute.
