Is LPU the best university for B.Tech?

Hi, Before commenting we must SEE what are the right parameters for a university: # Course curriculum: It is any day the mainstay or back bone of any programme. The extensive research, industry consultations, feedback from existing employers of LPU students, foreign collaborators and distinguished faculty all over the world goes into developing the curriculum of LPU, and all this: Upgraded in very semester. This makes the LPU syllabi most advanced and industry oriented in all respects. # Trainings : A large number of trainings in cutting edge technologies like GitHub and other MOOCs are given as a part of programme to enable the students learn what others learn after the courses. For example the SAP modules which cost upwards of INR one lac are a part of curriculum free of cost. # School of Professional Enhancement: This is one department which kicks in from the first semester for holistic development of the students to create ethical, virtuous, hardcore professionals out of the students within their student life. The skills inculcated into students here are soft skills, professional etiquette, personality development and various other professional values which help the students not only in placements but throughout their careers. # Diversity: LPU attracts the students and faculty from all states of India and about 72 more countries. Hello! Engineering at LPU is much better than others and is a complete and perfect blend of learning and fun. I remember my days of engineering at LPU, how I use to rush for 9 am class and spend hours on my assignments. Engineering is a blend and balance of book learning and practical learning. LPU creates the content in such a way that learning becomes easier for the students. Faculty members are so experienced that they are able to sense how much we have grabbed in his class. University provides all the resources and techniques to make learning easier and also at the same time prepare the students keep to cope up with the corporate world. I had a splendid experience with the faculty members, placement mentor and officers. I will share few of the major points to help you to get a clear picture of LPU. Infrastructure: University has well-equipped labs with all the latest technologies for learning and development. Double Storey Central Library, equipped with computer labs and all the required books and curiculam, open for students till mid night 12. Not just this all the facilities in university is worth appreciating. Faculty: Teachers were qualified. They have a good knowledge of the courses they teach. They are very helpful and supportive. Placements: In my batch I remember, almost 95% students were placed and there were many who got the multiple package as well. The highest package was around 42 Lacs per annum. All the students were trained professionally from their first year onwards. The University provides maximum opportunities to students. It depends upon the students whether they want to grab the opportunity or not. Most students who do not have backlogs or reappears gets placed. Students who were not so good in academics, they were enrolled in more PEP classes to help them in placements. Various major companies take part in recruitment at LPU every year, some as Google, Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Accenture, IBM, Tech Mahindra, Oracle, SNAP deal, Vodafone, Airtel, LG, HCL and many more. On an average, 200 MNCs visit our campus every year, placing around 2000 students every year. Packages vary from 5.30 L pa to 30 L pa based on the individual skill. Recently LPU student Tanya Arora bagged a placement of 42 lacs pa from Microsoft. LPU becomes first private university in India to host the Honorable PM, Shri Narendra Modi during The Indian Science Congress. So, if you ask me about LPU, it was a great decision of my life. According to the recent NIRF ranking 2021 LPU is ranked 62nd among all government and Private universities in India. Engineering school has been ranked 66th among the top Engineering Universities and colleges LPU of India. LPU Engineering programme ranked 10th by World University Rankings 2022 #thinkbig. LPU offers B.Tech in various programmes such as CSE, EE, ECE, ME, CE, Automobile, Chemical, Aerospace, Biotechnology, etc. I recommended my cousin to do B.Tech from LPU itself.
