    No. PGIMER is affiliated by the central government of INDIA. Here the fees isn't that high but Amity University is a private institute and it isn't good because private institute will charge you a high amount of money but they would not give you proper instruments and facilities. Never go for private institutes in your life always try for goverment colleges because they have the best in class infrastructure and facilities .

    And the fees structure is also very low compared to the private institutes.
