Is physical education counted in the academic subjects or not if I opt for English Honors?

Hi Priya, I'm assuming that you're asking this question to get an admission in Delhi University. If yes or no, physical education is not considered as an academic subject or main subject to be counted for admission. It is always taken as an optional one. You'll have to keep the other four main subjects (inclusive of a language subject) in the academic percentage calculation on the basis of which you can get admission in any of the colleges.
