Recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC), School of Engineering is a constituent school of UPES located in Dehradun. The School is also accredited with Grade B by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). The School has been ranked 61 in the Engineering category by the NIRF 2022. Apart from UGC and NAAC, it is also certified/ accredited by several national or international bodies, such as the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR), International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE), International Association of Universities, Association of Indian Universities (AIU) and more.
