Techno University is a private university whereas SAJC Kolkata is a college which is affiliated to the University of Calcutta. We cannot really compare the both but SAJC is a really old and reputed college which was inaugurated by Pt Jawaharlal Nehru whereas Techno University has just opened recently. So ofcourse it would be correct to say that Techno University is not as good as SAJC but it is decent in its own way.
