  • Yes, the candidates should note that the salary to all the employees serving in the SSC CGL posts/services is provided by the Government of India. On March 7, 2024, the Government of Indian increased the DA of the central government employees. As per the Government order, the DA in now increased to 50 % of the basic pay.

    This hike in DA will be applicable to the TA component of the salary too. This hike in DA component will be applicable from January 1, 2024.
