The SLAT eligibility criteria 2023 are based on qualification and category of candidates. To be eligible for SLAT 2023, candidates need to pass the 12th standard (10+2 or equivalent examination) from any recognised board with a minimum of 45% marks (or equivalent grade) if they are from the general category. The marks for Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes is 40% marks or equivalent grade. Candidates who are pursuing Class 12 or waiting for Class 12 results can also apply for UG Law courses through SLAT 2023. They must have the standard 12 passing Certificate at the time of UG admission.
