Is there any scholarship offered to MBA students at HITS Chennai?

<p>HITS offers various scholarships to students belonging to the SC/ ST/ EWS category. Meritorious students are also given the privilege of scholarships. Some of the Hindustan University scholarships are as follows:</p><ul><li><strong>SC/ ST Scholarship Government of India:&nbsp;</strong>Candidates, who belong to Tamil Nadu and have completed Class 12, are eligible for this scholarship. The annual income of the parents should not exceed INR 1 LPA. The candidates should not be in receipt of another scholarship/assistance from other sources. The scholarship can be renewed every year.</li><li><strong>Merit cum Means Scholarship:&nbsp;</strong>The top scorers in Class 12 are awarded financial aid to pursue their higher studies in HITS. This scholarship is aimed at meritorious students from weaker sections.</li><li><strong>Sports Scholarship:&nbsp;</strong>It gives special importance to the students who have excelled in sports over the years under its Sports Quota.</li><li><strong>Dr Elizabeth Verghese Founder Scholarship:&nbsp;</strong>This scholarship has been instituted to empower girls with academic potential to pursue higher education and those who are from lower-income families.</li><li><strong>Merit Scholarship:&nbsp;</strong>The institute offers a tuition fee waiver for meritorious students.</li></ul>
