There is scope for every branch of engineering, it all depends on you skills and how you study that branch. So, don't worry about scope and just concentrate on your studies.

I think, all the three branches are good and have ample opportunities if you want the placements with less effort than CSE is good, if you like the field work then Civil is best and have ample opportunities in government. Sector and the same goes for mechanical. CSE is a branch where you will have the opportunities all the time.
