Is VJTI a good college for computer science? Does it provide placements and what's the cut-off of JEE Mains?

    Hello Manish,
    VJTI is among top colleges of India, so you will not have to worry about the placements, if you maintain your pointer you will surely land up with a best possible job, however considering admission here you need to take MHCET and score really well in that, so any score more than 150 is considered safe for admission here.

    VJTI is one of the top most colleges in India, so don't worry about placements. Just go for it.

    Placements - 7/10
    Placements are really good. There is not a single day when the Training and Placement office is empty. Once the placement season starts in August, companies offering really good packages keep coming till July end. If you are good at what you like and what the companies demand, you are sure to get a good job. But, this is valid mostly for IT jobs. Very few core companies visit the campus. The placement officer is more interested in improving the statistics rather than understanding what the students are interested in. Most of them end up with an IT job irrespective of their branch.     Yes, it is a good place for computer science and also this college's placements are good enough because of its location that is in the vicinity of the top economic hub i.e. Mumbai so, from the placements point of view, you can be free as you can easily get placements from this college.
