Yes. Depending on the universities, 2 or 3 years work experience is required in preferrably management. Each university has different criteria for work experience. -

All the elite institutes abroad do ask for a mandatory work experience of about 4-5 years to be eligible for their MBA programme. Generally, full-time work experience is asked for.
