It's possible to apply directly in LD Engineering College for BE in CSE 2nd year after Diploma.
I am pursuing Diploma last year from GWPCI. And My average score upto 4 semester is 84.5.

Normally speaking Diploma in engineering students are given admission directly into the second year of 4 year degree course in engineering in what is called as lateral mode of entry.
