See my friend you belong to general category so with the score of 86 ,your rank will be above 2 lakhs. At this rank you are not going to get any of the colleges u have mentioned. If you have appeared for the state engineering exams & you have a better score then you can get a state engineering college. But JEE main score is not going to give you a govt college.
