My 12th top 4 % is 86 can I get admission in B.com (hon)

It depends on the college cutoff. I am sure you will get the admission on 3rd to 4th cutoff.
-
Can you please reframe the question?
If it is 86% marks, you can easily get any good college. -
Hello,
Best four percentage of 86% can't get you admission in one of the best colleges sadly, because all cutoffs begin from 90+.
However, if your category is OBC or SC/ST, you still have a chance. Just wait patiently for the second cut off list. Maybe, you will get through.
Your percentage is not bad, my friend. Your score is decent.
If you are getting admitted in any college in the first cut off list, then I am assuming you must have applied and paid the fees too. Freezing your seat is a very safe option. You can anyway cancel your admission from one college and get into other if you get a better one later on.
Cutoffs vary from college...more -
Yes, you can get admission for B.Com (hons.) in good college depending on the cutoff.
All the best. -
In 2017 the fourth counseling closed at 95 percent for B.Com and 96 percent for B.Com(Hons.) for General category.
So if you do not fall in this category then no you would not get in this college.
