No, you wouldn't be able to meet the required score for B.Pharma in Utkal University. As there are only 50 seats for B.Pharma in Utkal University, so the OJEE rank gets a bit higher than your rank. So, it is hard for you to manage a seat in B.Pharma, but you can manage a seat in Engineering apart from 1st round. Also, you haven't mentioned your category. I am telling this as per the merit.
