What if a student fails to get 60%in PCM just because of 17 marks (55%) so should he be coming for counselling in VIT and his ranking in VITeee exam for B Tech course is 33000. I am sorry but your admission will not be accepted if you fail to pass the PCM criteria. I request you to please contact the university and get their confirmation before deciding anything. I hope you get a good college.

In order to get admission a student must have minimum of 60% in PCM else they are not eligible to attend counseling process. They verify all the things at the time of counseling. Even if you inform management they won't consider that thing and will say that you haven't met the minimum eligibility criteria.
